PURPOSE:To obtain automatically a device which can remove cleanly not only the stain on the outside surface of a nozzle but the stain on the inside surface as well by providing an oscillating part which generates an ultrasonic wave in a washing tank in which the nozzle is immersed. CONSTITUTION:A stained sample nozzle 4 is conducted into a washing tank 1 by a driving part 6 and is immersed in washing water. On the other hand an oscillating diaphragm 5A in the upper part of an oscillating part 5 installed to the base in the tank 1 is oscillated via an adhesive agent and an insulating plate 5B as an oscillator 5C is oscillated longitudinally or radially by an oscillating circuit. The ultrasonic wave is transmitted mainly by the diaphragm 5A to the washing water by which a standing wave is formed upward. The stains sticking to the outside and inside surfaces of the nozzle 3 are ultrasonically washed by such standing wave. |
