PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization of a telephone set by providing a switch mechanism section to a lower part of a speaker button and interlocking the section with a handset electrically. CONSTITUTION:A lever 16 is mounted to the upper part of a mobile contact spring 13 so as to be nearly horizontal, supported by an upper end of a vertical plate of a base 18 fixed with the mobile contact spring 13 and constituted to be shaken by depressing a speaker button 5. In depressing the speaker button 5, the lever 16 depresses the mobile contact spring 13 to contact a mobile contact 12 with a contact 10 for speaker reception to activate a speaker reception circuit, a talking line is connected to activate a speaker. Even when a finger is detached from the speaker button 5, since a projection 17 is engaged with a lower locking part 22, the mobile contact 12 keeps the contact state with the speaker reception contact 10. Since the speaker button is provided to a desired position, the miniaturization of the telephone set is promoted. |
