Condensate valve for compressed gas tank - has upper and lower sealed chambers with body for controlling condensate flow

The valve may be used to remove condensate from an air tank supplying compressed air to a vehicle brakes. Condensate from the tank passes into a chamber normally sealed by a seal. When pressure is applied to an inlet a valve body is raised by means of a diaphragm to allow condensate to flow downwardly from chamber towards a lower chamber. Condensate already in the chamber is vented through an outlet. A manual shut-off and drain handle is also provided. The valve head has a rod at its lower end with a removable retainer to enable changing of the sleeve and sealing members.
