PURPOSE:To use effectively a telephone network by adding a traffic analyzing function to a normal telephone exchange and processing traffic among registered subscribers in case of light traffic. CONSTITUTION:When a data reading part 30 reads contents of a memory 21 and sends them to a comparing part 31, the comparing part 31 compares a preliminarily inputted reference traffic with read data, and the comparison result is inputted to a judging part 32. When judgment is not light traffic, the judging part 32 starts a data receiving part 20, and an information receiving part 2 receives traffic data and an analyzing part 3 performs the analyzing operation. When the judging part 32 judges light traffic, a designating part 41 instructs a local switch to connect a calling subscriber A and a called subscriber on a basis of a registered number read from a memory 11 by a number reading part 40, and the subscriber A and the called subscriber are called. |
