摘要 PURPOSE:To exchange between capacity control operation and full capacity operation reliably by providing a valve mechanism having a solenoid coil and a permanent magnet at the inlet of bypath. CONSTITUTION:D.C. current is fed through a solenoid coil 34 to produce N and S poles at the opposite ends of a magnetic slider 35. Said slider 35 is attracted to the outside permanent magnet 37 by means of inside and outside permanent magnets 36, 37. Consequently, a non-magnetic sliding valve 38 coupled to said slider 35 will depart from the capacity control ilet 39 to communicate between the bypath 40 and said inlet 39. Untill the contact between the roller 27 and cylinder chamber 29 will pass through the point of capacity control inlet 39 due to rotation of roller 27, refrigerant gas contained in the high pressure side compression cylinder chamber 32 is returned to the vicinity of S tank 23, and compression work is not performed during this interval. After passing through the point of capacity control inlet 39, compression work of refrigerant gas is performed.
