CONSTITUTION:An abnormal load detecting device has a pressure detecting sensor SP such as pressurized conductive rubber. The pressure detecting sensor SP is provided between a motor bracket 4 and a base plate 5, in the direction where angular moment is applied to a rotary driving system by the reaction from a driven system 3. At this time, when a motor 1 is stopped, a pressure Pa, which is applied to the pressure sensor SP becomes Pa=P1+P2, where the weight P1 of the motor part and the tightening force P2 of a fixing screw 6 are added. Thus, the effect of the direction of the gravity applied around the sensor can be offset. In the case the setting state of the machine is changed every time it is used, the device can be used without problems. |
