PURPOSE:To improve extent of starting characteristics in an engine, by making a fuel injection controller perform a fuel increment at only such a range as increasing an engine speed at the engine cranking and exceeding the idle running, in case of the furl injection controller for a spark assist type Diesel engine. CONSTITUTION:When an accelerator lever 17 is pulled up at engine starting, a tension lever 1 is also pulled up to the extent of hitting a stopper 15 via a spring 18. On the other hand, in time of cranking, since a thrust in a flyweight 6 is weak, a governor sleeve 7, which comes into contact with a control lever receiving action out of an idle spring 20 and a start spring 21, remains unshifted whereby an injection quantity is kept constant. Next, when an engine starts and the thrust is produced in the flyweight 6, the control lever 13 turns round centering on a stopper 16 via the governor sleeve 7, so that a spill ring 2 is shifted to the right and a fuel injection quantity is thus increased. |
