PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a carbureter by providing an emulsion tube which makes up the air bleed device of the carbureter and forming the tube in such a manner that a plurality of pin-holes are made by the etching method on the tubularly-shaped thin plate, thereby achieving high precision of drill for making the small pin holes. CONSTITUTION:The suction cylinder 1 of a carbureter has both a choke valve 7 and a throttle valve 8 turnably disposed therein at the inlet part of the upstream side and the outlet part of the lower side thereof, respevtively. A fuel ejecting main nozzle 3 opens into a Venturi part 2 which is disposed inside the suction cylinder 1, and a main air bleed mechanism 9 by which air is mixed with fuel is installed as opposed to the nozzle 3. The cylindrical emulsion tube 10 of said mechanism 9 is manufactured in such a way that it is developed in a flat plate 10', a plurality of pin holes 13 are formed thereon by the etching method, and the flat plate 10' is bent in the tubular form. The resultant tube receives a plug 14 at the bottom thereof and is at the top thereof forced into a member 11 containing a throttle 11'. |
