PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having safe handleability, relatively low vapor pressure, low corrosiveness to the apparatus, and excellent heat stability, by using chlorotrifluoroethane as the refrigerant and DMF as the absorbent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by using chlorotrifluoroethane (any isomers of CHClF-CHF2, CH2Cl-CF3 or CClF2-CH2F meet the purpose) as the refigerant and N,N'-dimethylformamide as the absorbent. |
