发明名称 SUPERCONDUCTIVE MEMORY CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for deciding the order of current paths by forming a parallel circuit with a pair of superconductive Josephson elements and resistances which are connected in series to each other and connecting the middle points of the series parts by means of the Josephson elements. CONSTITUTION:A parallel circuit to be connected to a power supply line B is provided with superconductive Josephson switch elements G1 and G2 and resistances R1 and R2 connected in series to each other. The middle point of each series circuit is connected to a superconductive Josephson switch element G3. When the current corresponding to ''1'' is supplied to current paths H3 and H4 during supply of the power supply current, a junction element J of the G1 has voltage. Then the current flowing so far to the element J is flowed to the R1 and ''1'' is stored to the G3. In the same way, the storage of the G3 which flows the current corresponding to ''1'' is set at ''0''. Then the current corresponding to ''0'' is supplied to current paths H3 and H5 or H3 and H4. In such a case, no inversion is given to the contents of the G3. It is not needed to decide the order of current paths also in a read mode. Thus the reading and writing operations can be facilitated.
