PURPOSE:To provide the titled steel plate for exterior material of buildings, having lowered gloss without deteriorating the adhesivity and weather resistance of the coating film, by compounding silicic anhydride, mica and alumina at specific ratios, applying the coating material to a steel plate subjected to the anodizing treatment, etc., and baking the coating film. CONSTITUTION:A coating agent composed of (A) 100pts.wt. of a paint, (B) 1-5 pts.wt. of silicic anhydride, (C) 5-50pts.wt. of mica and (D) 5-30pts.wt. of alumina is applied to a steel plate subjected to anodizing treatment and primer treatment, to a thickness of preferably <=25mum, and the coating layer is baked to obtain the objective steel plate. |
