Spectacles holder for hanging on the wall next to a wash basin. The spectacles are mounted in the holder without being folded up and in such a way that the lenses of the glasses do not touch the holder. The holder can be configured in two different ways, first in the form of a screen consisting of a steel frame, whose one side can be fastened to the wall, in which frame a row of parallel soft wires are stretched perpendicular to the wall, between which the earpieces of the glasses can be inserted downwards, and secondly in the form of an elongated body, whose one end surface is arranged to fasten to the wall, and whose other end has a notch in its upper side, in which the spectacles can be placed astride the body. <IMAGE>
