PURPOSE:To start converging a phase control angle at a proper value to a turn- on voltage desired value speedily by storing the phase control angle in the ending of each scanning exposure operation in a microcomputer when plural sheets are copied, and using it as the starting phase control angle of scanning on the next original. CONSTITUTION:The controller for a halogen lamp 2 consists of a power source 1, gate control rectifying circuit 5 for a triac 3, trigger element 6, zero-cross circuit A, detecting circuit B for the lighting operation and effective value of the lamp 2, microcomputer 27, etc. The turn-on voltage of the lamp 2 is controlled by the microcomputer 27. At this time, the phase control angle in the ending of every exposure scanning in the copying of pulural sheets is stored in the microcomputer 27. The phase control angle stored in the microcomputer 27 is used as the starting phase control angle of scanning on the next original to turn on the lamp 2. |
