PURPOSE:To enhance the response by forming a signal for generating a rotary field to a motor by comparing in phase a drive signal of a phase shift type rotary detector with an output phase signal and converting a 2-phase sinusoidal signal generated thereby into a 3-phase signal. CONSTITUTION:When the rate of change of the phase of a command phase signal is linearly increased, the second phase comparator 310 generates a feedback phase signal and a phase difference signal corresponding to the phase difference, and applied as a deviation signal E' to the first and second multipliers 231, 232. At this time, the first phase comparator 210 outputs 2-phase sign function values Vd, Ve at every period of a phase signal, and the outputs Vf, Vg are applied to the first and second multipliers 231, 232. The 2-phase multiplication outputs Vh, Vi are converted via a 2-phase/3-phase converter 240 to a 3-phase signal, and then applied to a drive circuit 100 of a motor 30. |
