PURPOSE:To remove heat generated from an electrical apparatus proper effectively by encapsulating a liquid in a sealed vessel and exchanging heat by vaporizing the liquid by dropping pressure in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 2 receiving an electrical apparatus proper 1 is filled with insulating oil 4. A liquid 11 vaporizing at several mm.Hg at an atmospheric temperature such as water is encapsulated into a sealed vessel 5 formed by utilizing a plate such as an upper surface plate 3 in such a vessel 2. When such a sealed vessel 5 is evacuated by a vacuum pump 9, pressure drops while the temperature of vaporization of the liquid 11 in the sealed vessel 5 drops, and vaporization starts. Accordingly, the temperature of the liquid 11 drops by the vaporization, and heat generated from the electrical apparatus proper 1 can be removed effectively through the upper surface plate 3 of the electrical-apparatus vessel. |
