Then the transparent insulation coating film 5 is vapor-deposited on the X scanning line groups, and the transparent conductive coating film 3 for shield is vapor-deposited on the other side of the substrate 1. Similarly, a transparent shield coating film 4 is formed on one side of a substrate 2 having the same thickness and the same type of material, transparent Y scanning line groups y1-yn and a transparent insulating coating film 6 are formed on the other side.
