PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy and workability of the captioned deflection coil, by winding cylindrically a flexible print plate where coil patterns are formed alternately to one direction so that the coil patterns may be piled up on each other in order to form said deflection coil. CONSTITUTION:A main print plate HPM onto which coil patterns A1, B1 are alternately printed repeatedly 3 times to an X1 direction and an auxiliary print plate HPS onto which coil patterns A2, B2 are printed similarly are piled up each other, and said plates HPM and HPs are connected together at heat sealing parts 2A, 2B, thus flexible print compound plates HPO, VPO for vertical and horizontal deflection coils can be formed. And said plates HPO, VPO are piled up on each other, and wound cylindrically, while positioning holes 3A and 3B of a coil bobbin 4 are fitted to pins 4D, and thus the deflection coil for a television receiving tube can be formed. Consequently, the accuracy can be enhanced by decreasing the dispersion, and further automation and laborsaving of the process can be performed. |
