PURPOSE:To improve the quality by printing insulating powder ink on a magnetic core to form an insulating layer, thereby obtaining a uniform insulating film. CONSTITUTION:A coil frame is mounted on an insulated magnetic core 11, a wire is welded to a coil lead substrate secured to one side of the core 11 to form a coil block for a timepiece. This insulating is performed by coating emulsion 42a on a stainless steel screen 42, and forming a mask opening shape 42b provided by a screen composing method. A DC high voltage power source 46 is applied with a lower electrode 43 as a positive potential and with a screen 42 as a negative potential. The core 11 is secured onto a bearer 45, insulating powder ink 44 fed through the screen 42 is removed from a stage 41 to print on the screen side and the side of the core 11. The ink 44 is printed on the opening shape 42b to form an insulating layer. |
