Machine producing energy which can be recovered from the dynamic energy of the winds, characterised in that it is composed of a set of carriages assembled parallel to one another in the manner of a carrousel, along a horizontal outward journey and a horizontal inward journey, each of these carriages being composed of a panel of large surface area and made of a very light material, securely fastened to a counterweight bringing it into a vertical position facing the direction of the wind along the horizontal outward journey and returning it to a recessed horizontal position along the horizontal inward journey, each carriage being moreover connected to an endless element acting as a transmitter of the energy gathered by each carriage to a recovery, storage and/or application device. <IMAGE>
