Vertical overflow with variable level, for tank or similar, whose lower part traverses the lower wall of the tank, or the side of the tank by the intermediary of a bent tube. According to the invention, the overflow is constituted by a tube with a bellows 3 whose upper end 6 is fitted over the hollow hub of a clamp 8 mounted such that it slides on guides 10 integral with the wall 1 which is fixed with respect to the tank.
