PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a window member and improve the productivity by heating the window member to such temperature that a cassette case formed with injection molding and the window member are contracted approximately equally after window welding and welding the window member after expanding thermally the window member in this manner. CONSTITUTION:A cassette case 9 formed by an injection molding machine 1 is taken out from a mold by an automatic taking-out machine 2 and is carried to an ultrasonic welding machine 4 by a belt conveyor 3. Meanwhile, a window member 7 is pulled out from a roll through a preheating chamber 6 and a position control guide 5 and is cut to a desired size and is welded. Since one window member 7 is heated to expand thermally and is welded when the cassette case 9 is contracting after injection molding, the cassette case 9 and the window member 7 are contracted similarly, and consequently, deformation of the window member 7 is prevented. |
