The present invention relates to combination products composed of immune serum globulins of class G (IgG) and beta -lactam antibiotics. The invention also relates to the conjoint use of IgG and beta -lactam antibiotics for the control of bacterial infections, especially for the control of organisms producing beta -lactamase.
