PURPOSE:To form a sound lining layer on members of every shape by melting a lining material packed into the clearance between a surface and a molding member from the lower part to the upper part with high-frequency heating in forming a lining layer on the surface of a body of every kind to be treated. CONSTITUTION:A revolving table 6 is provided on a supporting stand of a base 1, and a head 8 supported by a stanchion is equipped above the table. A high- frequency coil 11, which is freely liftable up and down, is furnished between the head and the table 6. A cylinder 17 of a plastic injection molding machine, for example, is placed on the table 6 and a molding member 18 is set at the inside to form a clearance 19 in-between. An electric current is supplied to the coil 11 situated at the lower part of the member 17, and the temp. of the member 17 is made constant by rotating member 17. The powdered lining material 13 is dropped into the clearance 19. In this way, a molten zone 21 of the material 13 is formed at the lower part of the clearance 19, and the coil 11 is then lifted up slowly to form the molten zone 21 at the upper part. The lining layer is formed by cooling and solidifying the lower part. |
