发明名称 SUPERCONDUCTION LOGICAL CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To widen the operating margin and also to attain ease of manufacture by inserting the 4th Josephson junction element in series with the 2nd series circuit and inserting the 5th junction element to a connection midpoint of two Josephson junction elements of the 1st series circuit. CONSTITUTION:A Josephson junction element J4 is provided in series with a series circuit A2 and a junction element J5 is provided between a connecting point of an input terminal T1 and junction elements J1, J2. Through the constitution above, a voltage between an output terminal T0 and ground is increased higher than a conventional circuit by a gap voltage's share of the element J4 and the value of a resistor R0 is increased. Thus, since a current flowing to the elements J1, J4 when the elements J1 and J5 are brought into a voltage state is increased more than the current flowing to the element J1 in a conventional case, the operating margin is increased. Further, in using a tunnel junction type Josephson junction element, the upper superconduction layer of the elements J1, J2 and J5 is connected together, the lower superconduction layer of the element J1 is connected to one end of resistors R1 and R3, and the lower superconduction layer of the element J2 is connected to ground so as to constitute the circuit, then the elements J1-J5 are not damaged even if heat is provided after the connection.
