Auxiliary device for manipulating a precast reinforced-concrete member, in particular a precast reinforced-concrete slab, with the aid of a hoist which can be coupled indirectly or directly to a transporting anchor via a connection piece. The transporting anchor has a threaded head lying free on one face of the precast reinforced-concrete member. The connection piece can be screwed in with the threaded head. The auxiliary device consists of a load-distributing plate which is arranged in the region of threaded head and connection piece and can be penetrated by the threaded head and/or the connection piece, and of a load-distributing anchor in the rear of the load-distributing plate, which are detachably concreted into the face of the precast reinforced-concrete member. <IMAGE>
