PURPOSE:To make it possible to determine the position accurately by arranging positioning pins and fitting holes on one straight line. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of a pallet holder 1, which is fixed to the machine main body, two T-heads 2, 2 for clamping are formed projectingly as they can be lifted up/put down freely, and standard planes 3, 3... for the clamp stress are set. The positioning pins 4, 5, 6 are set on one straight line which is parallel with the pallet leading-in direction (Y-axis direction). The center positioning pin 5 is a diapin which determines the position along the Y-axis direction, and the positioning pins 4, 6 of both ends are the diapins which determine the position along the right angle direction (X-axis direction) with the pallet leading-in direction. The T-heads 2 for clamping of the pallet holder 1 are fitted to the sliding concave grooves of the pallet, the positioning pins 4, 5, 6 are inserted in the pallet, the T-heads 2 for clamping are moved, and then, the pallet is clamped. |
