发明名称 TORQUE MEASURING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of torque at a high accuracy not requiring a large space by connecting the first hub of a flexible shaft couple to an intermediate shaft to measure angular displacement generated according to the torque. CONSTITUTION:The first hub 2 of a flexible shaft couple 1 is connected to an intermediate shaft 25 mounted to the second hub 18 through a coil spring 39. As torque is transmitted from the side of the first hub 2, the intermediate shaft 25 rotates through the spring 39, which causes the spring 39 to deflect according to the torque and results in an angular displacement alpha to be transmitted to an angular displacement detector 61. The rotation of the first hub 2 is transmitted to the first rotary plate 67 through a sleeve 51 while the rotation of the shaft 25 to the second rotary plate 68 through a sleeve 53 to shift cores 72 and 73 mutually by alpha and the inductance of a measuring coil 64 changes whereby the transmission torque is calculated with a signal processing circuit 78. Thus, a highly accurate measurement can be done not requiring large space.
