In an electrical terminal block (5), specifically a switching installation terminal block, having a terminal housing (6) which consists of insulating material and has an input-lead side (7) and a load side (8), having a neutral-conductor terminal body (17) arranged on the load side (8), and having an interrupter slide (16) or the like for connecting the neutral-conductor terminal body (17) to a neutral-conductor busbar (3) which is arranged on the input-lead side (7), insulation testing in accordance with VDE regulations is possible without any special circuitry cost and without disconnecting the neutral conductor, even for a latching relay or the like arranged on the input-lead side (7), in that a second neutral-conductor terminal body (18) is arranged on the input-lead side (7) of the terminal housing (6) and in that the second neutral-conductor terminal body (18) is connected in DC terms to the first neutral-conductor terminal body (17). The interruptor slide (16) of the electrical terminal block (5) thus acts simultaneously for both neutral-conductor terminal bodies (17, 18). <IMAGE>
