PURPOSE:To move stably bit information to a prescribed position by forming an area having a different magnetic energy on a magnetized film with ion implantation or the like and utilizing the force which is accompanied with this energy change and acts upon a magnetic bubble. CONSTITUTION:An area 21 having a different magnetic energy is formed on the magnetized film by ion implantation, a recessed part or the like, and a magnetic bubble (b) of bit information is generated in a left upper corner A or the like of this area 21 along boundaries. When the bubble (b) is moved to a right upper corner B or the like of the area 21 along boundaries by the intra-film temperature distribution due to irradiation of optical pulses, a stabilizing force (c) due to the difference of magnetic energy between the area 21 and an area brought into contact with the area 21 is applied, and the bubble (b) is held stably in the movement position even if the light irradiation position is variant or fluctuated. As the result, bit information is moved to a prescribed position stably. |
