PURPOSE:To simplify the load cell wiring and terminal mounting work by forming a bridge circuit on a film substrate with an etching pattern to enable the uniform reproduction of the resistance value in the wiring of the bridge circuit. CONSTITUTION:A lead 8 is connected to terminals 9 of strain gauges 12 and 13 on the free end side jumping strain-prone parts 3 and 6 to correct temperature characteristic of a bridge circuit for thermosensitive resistors 15 and 16. Then, the pattern of a conductor is molded on a film substrate 7 by etching and input/ output terminals 17 and 18, a strain gauge connection terminal 9 and the like are formed and then, these are connected by a pattern wiring to form a bridge circuit. An adhesive tape is applied on the back of the substrate 7, which then, is stuck on a load cell strain-initiating body. |
