POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve impact resistance and drawdown resistance in large-size blow molding, by blending an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber with crystalline polypropylene. CONSTITUTION:50-95wt% crystalline polypropylene having a melt flow index of less than 0.5g/10min, 5-30wt% ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber having a melt flow index of 1.0g/10min or below and 0-30wt% filler are blended together. The preferred examples of the ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubbers are an ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber (EPR) and a terpolymer rubber (EPDM) obtd. by copolymerizing a non-conjugated diene as the third componend with ethylene and propylene. The particle size of the filler is pref. 0.1-100mu.
