TROLLEY WIRE POSITION DETECTING/MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To enable the realization of a high pressure resistant and highly reliable apparatus mountable on a simple truck by providing a 2-stage structure detecting/measuring section insulated with an insulator above a leg following an trolley wire to detect and measure an obstacle optically. CONSTITUTION:A leg 21 following the height of a trolley wire 7 is provided at a lifting section 20a for an trolley wire detecting/measuring truck 20, a 2-stage- structure eccentric obstacle detecting/measuring section 24 insulated with an insulator 11 is mounted thereon and a moving element 32 fitted with a mirror 35 mounted at the bottom thereof is provided slidably on a rod 30. The height of the trolley wire 7 is detected and measured with the vertical movement of the following leg 21. As the moving element 32 moves horizontally, the mirror 35 shifts to detect and measure the eccentricity with optical sensors 36a-365. As a probing pin 381 contacts a support fixture, receiving light is turned OFF to detect and measure an obstacle. This enable the realization of a high pressure resistant and highly reliable apparatus mountable on a simple truck.
