PURPOSE:To enable the continuation of a testing without interruption for retightening by forming a mounting frame in a shape of C cutting a part thereof to impart an elasticity to the mounting frame when a test piece is fixed with a tightening screw. CONSTITUTION:A mounting frame 1 provided on a holder 8 is formed roughly in the shape of C with an opening 2 cutting a part thereof and a reinforcing steel R as test piece is held securely thereon with three tightening screws 3, 4 and 5. Then, the tightening screws 3 and 5 are forced strongly to impart an elasticity to the mounting frame 1. Therefore, where a tension test is performed using the holder 8, the mounting frame 1 moves inward allowing it to follow possible decrease in the diameter of the reinforcing steel 9 on the midway. This enables the continuation of the testing to the end without retightening on the midway thereof while facilitating the loading and unloading the reinforcing steel R. |
