PURPOSE:To reproduce a sound signal for explaining a screen by inputting the 2nd sound signal in the special reproduction mode such as still reproduction and slow motion reproduction to an adder circuit together with the 1st sound signal, a video signal and a tracking control signal, superimposing them and recording the result on a video disc. CONSTITUTION:The sampled 2nd sound signal is A/D-converted by an A/D converting circuit 52 and a coding processing circuit 53 and processed for coding. In regard to a digital memory 54, a relationship between a write clock signal frequency and a read clock frequency becomes, for example, fcw=1/30.f. The sound signal is compressed in time axis to a magnification of 30 with the clock frequency is said relationship. In recording the sound signal over several tracks, the sound reproduction for several tens of seconds at the still reproduction is attained. An output of the 2nd sound signal processing circuit 50 is inputted to an adder circuit 40, where the output is coded digitally and the 2nd sound signal whose time axis is compressed is given while being superimposed with the 1st sound signal, the video signal and the tracking control signal being the output of the circuits 10, 20 and 30. |
