The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of polyether polycarbonates, to a process for stabilising the polyether polycarbonates prepared in this way, to a process for the production of membranes from the polyether polycarbonates prepared according to the invention, to stabilised membranes obtainable by the process according to the invention, and to the use of the polyether polycarbonate membranes obtainable by the process according to the invention for dialysis, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.
