In a speed-regulating circuit for an electric motor, the output signal of a tachogenerator is supplied to the regulator via a lowpass filter, preferably via an active lowpass filter with a low limiting frequency, as a result of which interference signals, which are primarily caused by the commutation of the motor current, are filtered out.
