In the case of ballcocks in a one-part housing, the seals are either braced together with the ball by means of a threaded ring or are screwed by means of an inserted or placed-on flange, so that they form an operational transportable unit. This is very complex in terms of production and assembly. These disadvantages are eliminated by the inserted seals being assembled with the ball by means of an annular washer element and a retaining ring by the plug-in method, so that the ballcock forms a transportable and operational unit. <IMAGE>
