PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a false signal by a method, in which around the required conductive pattern, the other conductive pattern insulated therefrom is provided and a photoconductive film corresponding to its one part is given low resistance treatment, while a beam scans so as to include said part. CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive film 11 is formed so as to cover transparent electrodes 8 and 9, while the photoconductive film 11 corresponding to one part of the transparent electrode 9 is given low resistance treatment so as to form a charge emitting point 12. For instance, the photoconductive film 11 corresponding to said one part is removed so as to make an electron beam from an electron gun to scan while including the charge emitting point 12 of the part of the transparent electrode 9 in addition to the part of the transparent electrode 8 for taking out a signal. Thereby, the transparent electrode 9 is made into the state of being earthed so as to be able to prevent reincidence of a reflection beam and accordingly to surely prevent generation of a false signal. |
