PURPOSE:To prepare a processed food of rice having sweetness during eating, good digestion and absorption, by using nonglutinous rice as a raw material. CONSTITUTION:Preferably polished nonglutinous rice is washed, dehydrated, dried to a half set state, the prepared powder is kneaded with a proper amount of warm water at 20-40 deg.C, steamed by a basket steamer for 30-50min and pounded. |
