<p>PURPOSE:To give the minimum and necessary shift to a document main body and to handle the document with high efficiency, by mailing, filing or processing the document main body and the document token forming a document independently of each other. CONSTITUTION:A personal computer 10 connected with a saving file 14, a directory 15 and a work file 16, a personal computer 20 connected with a mail file 24, a directory 25 and a work file 26 and a personal computer 30 connected with a directory 35 and a work file 36 are connected with each other via a local area network 100. The transfer of a document main body among the file 14, the file 24 and work files 16, 26 and 36 and the transfer of the document token among directories 15, 25 and 35 are carried out independently of each other via supervisors 11, 21 and 31 respectively.</p> |
