PURPOSE:To obtain a depilation sheet by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to one surface of a film substrate, integrating a releasing paper to the pressure- sensitive adhesive layer, and applying a masking material to the other surface of the film substrate. CONSTITUTION:A continuous web of releasing paper 3' is unwound and coated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2' in the form of a band leaving both margins of the releasing paper. A continuous web of a film substrate 1' having larger width than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is unwound and intergrated to the upper face of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2'. The substrate 1' is punched to a desired shape of a sheet. The substrate other than the plural punched substrate 1 is removed from the releasing paper 3' together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2'. A continuous web of the masking material 4' is unwound and integrated with the punched substrate 1. The continuous web of releasing paper 3' and the masking material 4'are cut between the adjacent substrates 1, 1. The objective depilation sheet can be manufactured by this process. |
