PURPOSE:To save power consumption and prevent the overdischarge of a battery by stopping a condenser cleaning fan driving motor when the pressure of natural air that blows from the front of a car to the condenser exceeds preset reference pressure. CONSTITUTION:When a first switch 6 is set to ON if the b contact 43b of a relay 43 is set to ON in a thermostatic switch 9, pressure switch 10, and stop control unit 4, a blower motor 1 is driven. Subsequently, when a sscond switch 8 is set to ON, a contact 7a of a relay 7 is set to ON a the contact 11a of a relay 11 is set ON. Then motor 2 is driven and a condenser cleaning fan is actuated. In this case, if the natrual wind blown into the condenser becomes strong and the wind force detected by a wind pressure sensor 41 exceeds the reference pressure PO, the b contact 43b of the relay 43 is set to OFF and the contact 11a of the relay 11 is set to OFF then a motor 2 is stopped, using a comparison circuit 42. |
