PURPOSE:To provide the title copy apparatus extremely reduced in color shift, preventing paper bending and high in reliability, by feeding back recording paper by positively and reversely rotating a rigid cylindrical capstan. CONSTITUTION:Paper 6 is grasped by a cpastan 3, which comprises a hardly abrasive hard material such as tungsten carbide and of which the surface roughness Hmax is adjusted to 20-70mum by strongly adhering a sintered hard material to the surface thereof by a processing method such as plasma spraying, and a rubbery pinch roller 4 and the aforementioned capstan 3 is positively rotated by a stepping motor to feed the paper 6 to a direction (a). The ink of an ink sheet 7 is melted by a thermal head 1 and printed and transferred to the recording paper 6 while pressed to a rubbery platen 2. In printing the next color in the next time, the capstan 3 is once reversely rotated to return the paper 6 to a predetermined position prior to starting printing. |
