PURPOSE:To simply maintain the stability of an oar type boat in order to prevent capsizal accidents of the boat, by integrally connecting and securing an auxiliary floating boat provided with a body weight adjusting part and a rolling preventing member and a seating height adjusting part to the front end of each outrigger. CONSTITUTION:On each side of an oar type boat 4 there is provided an auxiliary floating boat 6 by means of an outrigger 3. In this arrangement, after aligning bolt holes 17 in an attachment hardware 10 provided to the front end of the outrigger 3 with slide grooves 9 in a body weight adjusting part 7 attached to the auxiliary floating boat 6 and inserting bolts 8 through the bolt holes 17 and slide grooves 9, the bolts 8 are inserted through slide holes 10 in the seating height adjusting part 11 and are fastened. Further, in the case of that the weight of an oarsman is heavy, the position of the attachment hardware 16 is set in the lower part of the slide grooves 9 in the weight adjusting part 7, and meanwhile in the case of that the seating height of the oarsman, the position of the attachment hardware 16 is set at the lower part of the slide holes 10 in order to heighten the position of an oar which is attached to a clutch 1 in the seat adjusting part 11. |
