METHOD FOR CONTROLLING TIE BAR LOAD OF DIE CASTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To control exactly and safely an operation and a device by operating relationally the tie bar load signal of each tie bar, detecting and displaying the max. value and the difference between the max. and min. values and raising an alarm and stopping the operation in the case of a phenomenon above the set value. CONSTITUTION:The load signal 5 of each tie bar 4 of a die casting machine is converted by a signal converter 6 to a converted signal 9 which is put via an interface 7 into a relational operation device 8. The max. value of the load and the difference between the max. and min. values are determined by the device 8 and these values are displayed together with a set value on a display device 12. If an abnormal value exceeding the threshold with respect to the set value is attained, an alarm is raised and if the value attains an abnormality judgement value, the device is automatically stopped 13. The operation and the device are exactly and safely controlled by such system.
