PURPOSE:To heighten the economical efficiency, together with discharge no drainage and remove the environmental pollution, by recovering solid as gypsum, recovering EDTA from the filtrate and reusing it and also, decomposing NOx to N2, after absorbing SOx and NOx with absorbing liquid, having a fixed constitution.
