PURPOSE:To prevent the augmentation of power consumption by an increase in the degree of integration, to reduce supply wiring impedance and to stabilize the fluctuation of supply potential and the operation of an internal circuit element by mounting a circuit stabilizing constant voltage lower than an external supply source in a LSI. CONSTITUTION:The input amplitude level of a signal inputted from an input terminal 10 by an input level converting circuit 1 for a C-MOSLSI is converted so as to be fitted to internal supply voltage, and transmitted over an internal logical circuit 2. The internal logical circuit 2 is supplied with a power supply from a constant-voltage unit 3 for an internal power supply stabilizig circuit, but an output level from the circuit 2 reaches a low output level because a poser supply level from the circuit 2 is operated at a level lower than an external supply source. An output from the internal logical circuit 2 is converted into an output amplitude level from an internal logical amplitude level by an output level converting circuit 4, and outputted from an output signal terminal 11. Since a circuit for the constant-voltage unit 3 is represented by a simple ripple filter containing two bipolar transistors Tr1, Tr2, a reference voltage source Vref, a capacitor CF for the filter and a constant-current circuit I1 and its power consumption is low, the operating voltage of an internal logical cell is stabilized, and the circuit can be driven by low power supply impedance. |
