PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive circuit enabled to utilize nonlinearity of inductance in regard to a broad current range by a method wherein a second inductive loop is connected according to cascade connection to a first inductive loop consisting of Josephson junction and superconductive inductance. CONSTITUTION:To a circuit having Josephson junction J1 and inductance L1 of a loop, inductance L2 the same with inductance L1 is connected in series, and second Josephson junction J2 is connected in parallel. A low inductance region A and a high inductance region B can be obtained at nearly the same current duration in relation to a signal current I2 to flow in and out from the loop construction. Relation of the current and a phase becomes to a periodic function of 4pi, and an inductance change can be utilized in a broad range even in relation to the phase. |
