PURPOSE:To minimize first stage hysteresis torque in a spring type clutch disk by plating a hub with non-electrolytic Ni while plating a friction washer and bushing with non-electrolytic Ni-P-BN. CONSTITUTION:Torque from an engine under the low load condition is transmitted sequentially to a fly wheel 10, a friction plate 1, a disk plate 2, a torque spring 7, a torque plate 5, a friction plate 9, a friction washer 11b and a hub 3. In a high load, a first cushion spring 7 is contracted by a gap r of a second cushion spring 13, then this spring 13 is contracted and further the first torque spring 7 is contracted by a gap delta of a second torque spring 8. Next, the second torque spring 8 is contracted to transmit the torque while sequentially damping. And by plating a hub with non-electrolytic Ni and a friction washer 11b and bushind 14 with non-electrolytic Ni-P-BN is maintained first stage hysteresis torque at a slight amount. |
