PURPOSE:To enable exact measurement during construction by driving without damaging apparatus owing to the oscillation by providing liquid storage parts to a base ring supporting a steel plate cell apart therefrom and measuring the angle of inclination in accordance with liquid levels. CONSTITUTION:A base ring inclines according to the inclination of a steel plate cell 3. As a result the water in liquid storage vessels 14, 14... in the 1st-4th liquid level detecting parts 6-9 as well as in the 1st and 2nd communicating pipes 11, 12 flows. A float 20 moves vertically a light shielding plate 19 and puts phototransistors 17, 17... in the state of irradiating light thereof or shielding the light therefrom according to the vertical movement. The digital signals proportional to the water levels in the vessels 14, 14... in the parts 6-9 outputted from encoders 18, 18... are supplied through a decoder 22 to a display device 23. |
